Welcome to Moore Statistics Consulting LLC

I have completed 11 marathons , 6 half marathons, and several shorter distances. The training schedule for each race is different. Training for a  13 mile race requires someone  to run 2 to 3 hours consistently. So you practice running the race  at least 3 times a week, every week. The body has to perform at an optimal level and requires a particular diet. You train your body to hydrate properly by consuming 8 to 10 glasses of water. Each meal must be designed to provide you with fuel for a run. All of your preparedness increases your stamina for the race. The day of your running event, you are confident because you put the work into it. No one can tell you a thing on race day. You are bad to the bone. Like the Joe Episoto’s song goes “Your the best around and nothings gonna ever keep you down”.

Now  I am sure you are wondering what this has to do with statistics classes. It has everything to do with taking a final exam. You got to build up your stamina for the home stretch. That means look at the material on a constant basis, so it’s not a shock for you on test day. Yes, it also means making sure hunger and thirst are not a distraction. But the biggest hurdle is knowing your stuff. If you know it, you can show it. If you don’t know it, you might blow it. You dig?
