Turn Learning Data Into Better Products, Programs, and Decisions

Moore Learning Science & Product Research helps organizations understand how people learn, how users experience educational products and programs, and whether those solutions are producing meaningful outcomes.

We combine learning science, educational technology, research design, psychometrics, usability, and statistical analysis to help organizations move from assumptions to evidence.

Whether you are developing a learning platform, evaluating a training program, studying user engagement, building assessments, or preparing evidence for stakeholders, we help you determine what is working, what needs improvement, and what the data are telling you.

Why Work With Us

Academic rigor, translated into decisions that move your products forward.

We are researchers who ship. Every recommendation is grounded in the right methods, clean data, and transparent reasoning — no jargon, no theater, just clear findings your team can act on with confidence today and measure the impact of tomorrow.

Findings built on rigorous statistical methods, thoughtfully designed studies, and honest interpretation that stands up to scrutiny.

Clarity

Results translated into plain language and concrete options, framed for the people who make the call and the tradeoffs they face.

Research That Connects Learning, Technology, and Measurement

Moore Learning Science & Product Research is led by Dr. Amy Moore, statistician, researcher, educator, and founder of Moore Statistics Consulting LLC.

Dr. Moore’s work spans quantitative research, educational technology, learning science, psychometrics, statistical consulting, and graduate-level education.

Her doctoral research examined the relationship between system usability, mobile readiness to learn, cognitive load, and germane load within an augmented-reality mobile learning environment for graduate mathematics learners.

This combination of statistical expertise and learning-science research allows Moore Learning Science & Product Research to examine educational products from multiple perspectives:

What is the learner experiencing?

What does the research suggest should be happening?

What does the data show is actually happening?

And most importantly:

What should the organization do with that information?

Questions We Can Help Answer

If you’re asking these questions, we should talk. We can help investigate questions such as:

  • Does our product actually improve learning outcomes?
  • What evidence do we need to satisfy district procurement requirements?
  • How do we design a study that’s rigorous but practical?
  • Are we measuring the right things — and measuring them well?
  • What do our learning data actually tell us?
  • How do we move from activity metrics to outcome metrics?
  • What does the research say about approaches like ours?
  • Where should we invest in product improvement?
  • How do we communicate impact to funders or boards?

Let’s design something worth measuring.

Tell us about your product and the questions you’re trying to answer. We’ll show you how learning science and rigorous research can move the needle.

Build Evidence Around What You Are Creating

If your organization is investing in learning, training, education, or educational technology, you should be able to understand its impact. Moore Learning Science & Product Research can help you build the evidence.
